高校团组织做好大学生思想政治工作的几点思考

新的时代主题和社会背景为高校团组织开展大学生思想教育工作提出了新的挑战,高校团组织只有强化开放性、主体性、系统化、内涵式发展和柔性管理理念,从理想信念教育、道德教育、生命教育和危机教育几个方面深化思想政治教育内容,不断优化思想政治工作模式、创新团建模式、积极引导学生的主体性实践活动,才能迎接挑战,满足高等教育发展要求和大学生成才需求。

Subject and social background in new era has produced new challenge for college Youth League organizations to carry out Ideological education of college students. College Youth League organizations have to strengthen the theory of openness, the sense of identity, interior development and soft management and deepen the ideological and political education including ideological education , mental education, life sense education and crisis education. Also they should consistently optimize political work module and create new module of organization and guide the students＇ sense of identity positively. Thus, they can meet the challenge and demand of students.
