摘要
"好运北京"系列赛事是2008北京奥运会测试赛,此项赛事的志愿服务工作是现代奥林匹克运动的先进志愿服务理念与完善管理机制同中国文化的完美结合,代表我国志愿服务工作的最高水平。此项赛事的志愿服务工作经验对于解决我国当前大学生青年志愿者协会发展建设中普遍存在的认识定位不够准确、组织建设不够规范、运行机制不够完善、工作领域不够专业、服务对象不够认同等问题具有很强的指导意义。
＂Good Luck Beijing＂ sport events are the test events for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the voluntary service of which is a perfect combination of the advanced voluntary service idea and the consummate managerial system of the modem Olympic Games and Chinese culture, it represents the highest level of the voluntary service in China. The experiences of the voluntary service of these events will play an important guiding role in solving the universal problems existing in the development of the Youth Volunteer Association of College Students in China such as the cognitive orientation being inaccurate, the development of the organization falling short of standard, the operating mechanism being imperfect, the work area being with low level of specialization and it not being well recognized by the objects of its service etc.
