摘要
试办有专业特色的高等人文素质教育模式的高等学校,分理论构想、实践价值、实践中应该注意的问题、应消除的政策法律障碍四个部分。有专业特色的高等人文素质教育模式是作者提出的独立于现行高等教育模式之外的新的模式。
The guiding theory for running colleges and universities with specialized characteristics in the pattern of higher humane quality education consists of four parts： theoretical conception, practical value, key points in practice, barriers in laws and policies. The pattern is a new one independent of the present higher education pattern.
