高等学校学生党员教育管理问题研究

近年来,高校学生党员教育管理面临着市场经济的发展、信息化社会的到来以及高校深化改革、就业压力陡增等新情况,在开展党员教育管理过程中,管理主体和管理对象都存在着一些不容忽视的新问题。切实提升高校学生党员教育管理工作水平,需要从人才、体制、思想、手段四个方面提出应对措施。

Recenfly, the education and management for high schools＇ students party members have confront many new situations, such as the development of market economy, the coming of informational ages, the deepening of college reform and the zooming pressure of employed obtainment. In the process of the education and management, there are many important new problems existing in the managing subject and object. To enhance the level of education and management of high schools＇ students＇ party members, measures should be raised from four aspects, talent, system, thinking and means.
