摘要
提升中国文化产业国际竞争力需要做到以下四个方面。一是深化文化体制改革:转变政府职能,确立文化市场主体地位,拓宽投融资渠道,完善法律法规,变革文化产业政策;二是调整文化企业发展战略:优化产业结构,实现规模化经营,依靠科学技术,树立文化品牌,注重文化产品与文化服务的营销策略;三是大力发展民族文化产业;四是重视培养专业人才。
This article elaborated countermeasures to promote the cultural industry from four aspects. Firstly, deepening the culturally organizational reform: To transform government's functions, to establish the subject status of cultural market, to broaden more investing and financing channels, to perfect laws and regulations, to reform culture industrial policies; Secondly, innovating cultural enterprises' strategies: To optimize industrial structure, to realize the scale management, to draw in the science and technology, to set up the cultural brand, and to pay attention to the marketing strategies of cultural products and cultural service; Thirdly, to re- enforce development efforts in the national culture industry; Finally, educating and training the specially talented persons.
