摘要
人-组织契合作为影响员工态度和行为的重要变量,是近年来组织行为学和管理学领域研究的重要课题之一。本文借鉴国内外相关研究成果,对人-组织契合的理论发展脉络进行了较为系统的梳理,对人-组织契合的概念、类型及其影响进行了归纳与整理,并在此基础上提出了基于人-组织契合的招聘、考核、薪酬管理与员工培训等人力资源管理模式,以期为今后的研究提供借鉴。
Person- organization fit is the important variable that affects the employee's attitude and behavior. It is the important research issue in resent organization behavior and management research field. By referring the related research, this paper concludes the person - organization theory development and explains the conception, types and the effecting of person - organization fit. On the base, this paper argues the staffing, appraisal, compensation and employee training in human resource management based on the person- organization fit. It give some suggestion for the research in the future.
