对资产评估机构监管的博弈分析

资产评估机构在评估过程中违规操作、评估结果有失公允的事件屡有发生,运用博弈论的相关理论,通过设立博弈分析基本假设,建立了对我国资产评估机构的监管的博弈模型,并对其进行相应分析,针对资产评估机构和资产评估监管部门分别提出了相应建议。

It happens frequently that asset evaluation agencies operate against regulations in the assessment process as well as the results of the assessment are unfair. With the related theory of game and establishing the assumption of game analysis, this paper set up the game model on supervision of asset evaluation agencies and analyzed it correspondingly. In the end, the paper gave some suggestions to asset evaluation agencies and the supervisal agencies.
