摘要
缄默知识是当代认识论或知识理论的一大发现。对缄默知识的研究分析在成为当代知识理论中一个十分活跃的研究领域的同时,也使当代知识理论更加贴近现实生活,从而成为每一位现实的人自我认知和科学探索的有力工具。本文旨在对缄默知识的理论内涵进行概要介绍,以期丰富探讨教育问题的理论视角,并对教育实践产生有益的启发。
Tacit knowledge is an important discovery in resent theory of knowledge or knowledge theory. Present research and analysis on tacit knowledge is very active and makes the present theory nearer to reality, therefore, it becomes a powerful tool for each realistic person to know himself and explore science. 3his paper aims at brief introduction of the tacit knowledge to enrich the research of education system and have good inspiration of education practice.
