摘要 采用TGM/SDTA85le热分析系统研究了白泥、盐泥、碱渣和电石渣等4种工业含碱废弃物及淄博石灰石的煅烧特性,并用多重速率法计算其煅烧反应活化能,以期为进一步研究废弃物的脱硫特性提供理论依据。结果表明:升温速率越小,分解速率越快;煅烧温度越高,分解越快;但最终的失重率相差不大;电石渣的活化能较小,碱渣和盐泥的活化能相对较大。 Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGM/SDTA851^e) study on the calcinations of alkaline industrial wastes and limestone is conducted, Their calcined activation energy was calculated by multiple rate method, which provided theoretic bases for on second analysis on sulfur fixation mechanism of alkaline in industrial wastes. The results show that: As the heating rate reducing, the decomposing rate is rising. When the calcinations temperature is higher the decomposing is fasted. But the ending weight losing is about equal. The calcined activation energy of carbide slag is lower than the alkaline sludge and the salt slurry.
