摘要
从人力资源开发的角度出发研究资源型城市经济转型,应重视人才培养、就业扶持、科技研发和创业支持。资源型城市人力资源开发可有四种模式:即创业型、创新型、就业型、流动型。可依据可能度/满意度思想,利用综合评判方法来对模型进行选择。
From the viewpoint of human resource development, economic transformation of resource-dependent cities should draw much attention with respect to talent cultivation, employment support, R&D, and support for business setting up. Four patterns are proposed for human resource development in resource-dependent cities, i.e., business establishment, innovation, employment and flowing, which can be chose through comprehensive judgment based on the concept of possibility or satisfiability.
