Practice of Developing Mining Recycling Economy in Lingbao City

河南省灵宝市通过采取节约、保护和合理利用资源,提高开发和利用效益,增强供给保障能力,以科技进步促进产业升级,拉伸产业链条和发展后续产业,废弃物利用和污染治理,合理有效地保护生态环境等积极有效措施,形成了闭合的循环发展框架,做到了可持续发展。对今后灵宝市矿业循环经济发展的建议:一是发挥政府优势,统筹规划,科学发展矿业循环经济;二是强化资源综合节约利用;三是延伸精加工产业链条;四是通过科技进步引领产业升级,以自主创新确保循环发展。

Closed framework of recycling economy has been set up in Lingbao City, Henan Province through certain positive and effective measures: improving exploitation and utilization efficiency by saving, protecting and rationally utilizing resources; propelling industrial upgrade by science and technology progress; prolongating the industrial chain and developing the follow-up industries; recycling wastes, controlling pollution and protecting the ecological environment, etc. Several suggestions have been put forward for future development of mining recycling economy in Lingbao City: giving full play to the government to develop mining recycling economy in a coordinated and scientific way; emphasizing economical utilization of resources; prolongating the industrial chain of refine processing; upgrading the industry by independent innovation.
