摘要
分析了机电产品及其制造过程的基本物质消耗的状况，结合发动机制造的实际，提出必须以科学态度开展节能减排工作，减少零部件性能和制造工艺过程的冗余，使机电产品及制造过程“节能减排”的效果落到实处。
Consumption of basic materials in the process of manufacturing electromechanical products is analyzed. A proposal is made based on a practical engine manufacture that the work on energy saving and pollution reduction must be carried out in scientific manner and surpluses in component performances and component manufacturing processes should be reduced, thus putting the effectiveness of energy saving and pollution reduction in practice.
