Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of PKI and principle of electronic signature. Then, it describes how to identify the users ID by electronic signature technology, how to ensure the confidentiality of information, integrity and anti-repudiation, so as to guarantee the authenticity of the signatures applied in financial management system. The application of electronic signature can ensure the secrurity of the system.
