摘要
结合２００ｋｇ手动卷扬机上应用螺旋离合制动机构的实例，对该机构的结构进行了介绍，分析了荷重在提升、吊挂与下降各种状态下的机动原理，提供了满足正常运转必需的验算条件，还对关键零件扭力弹簧的功能与计算条件作了介绍，提出了机构设计中应注意的问题。
The article describes the structure of the spiral clutch breaker used in 200kg manual control winch and the mechanical principles under the different conditions of lifting,falling and hanging of load,and provides the checking conditions necessary for conventional operation.A description is made on the functions and calculating conditions for torque spring,and the precausions for the design of breaking mechanism are put forward as well.
