发展农业保险 服务社会主义新农村建设

作为农业支持保护体系的重要组成部分,农业保险在我国农业发展中的地位举足轻重。针对这一要求,我国农业保险目前在整体上还比较滞后,一系列问题亟待解决。要实现我国农业保险的加快发展,就必须正视其中存在的问题和缺陷,从法制建设、业务经营、政策扶持、社会引导、舆论宣传等方面采取切实举措,为我国农业保险的发展创造良好、适宜的主、客观环境和条件。

As an important part in supporting the development of agriculture, agricultural insurance plays a significant role in agricaltural development in China. However, the agricultural insurance in China is lagging behind this requirement on the whole and there are a series of problems waiting to be solved. For the agricultural insurance to accelerate in development, we must face up to existing problems and deficiencies and adopt practical measures from the aspects of legislation, business operation, policy support, social guidance and publicity, etc, thus creating a favorable external environment and conditions for the development of agricultural insurance.
