摘要
自20世纪90年代以来,全球保险业掀起了并购高潮,虽然在2000年以后并购交易进入沉寂期,但从2005年伊始,重又恢复。本轮并购具有规模大、强强联合、跨行业并购和跨境并购的特点。并购所产生的规模经济、范围经济及产业集中化对我国保险业具有一定的示范效应。在我国保险业高速成长和混业经营的大趋势下,并购活动将逐渐涌现,但并购浪潮在短期内不会形成。我国保险业的并购活动将以市场并购为主,混业并购占主导,以强并弱、弱弱联合为特色。
