摘要
通过对辊道冷却系统密封旋转接头的失效形式进行全面分析，提出了防治方法并设计了新结构的旋转接头，采用了新材料，经实验室模拟工况试验和生产性试验，取得了满意的效果。
On the basis of working experience and laboratory experiments,we analyse the guide roll rotating union in detail,find out the failure forms and its causes.We give some useful advices on how to reduce the leakage and prolong its working life.We also design a new kind of rotating union using new material and get satisfied results by experiments in laboratory and working field.
