参松养心胶囊治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良症早期心肌损害疗效观察

Effect of Shensongyangxin Capsule in treatment of early cardiac injury caused by duchenne muscular dystrophy

目的:探讨参松养心胶囊治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良性早期心肌损害的疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照的方法,将100例Duchenne型肌营养不良性早期心肌损害患者分成参松养心胶囊治疗组和左旋肉碱治疗组,治疗90d观察两组治疗前后心电图、CK-MB/CK比值变化。结果:1、CK-MB/CK比值,治疗组与对照组治疗后均有改善(P<0.05),但两组间治疗后比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2、异常心律:治疗组50例中异常心律者43例,其中好转32例,占74.42%;对照组50例中异常心律44例,其中好转20例,占45.45。好转率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3、V1导联的R波高度:治疗组50例中R波增高44例,对照组50例中R波增高45例。治疗组与对照组治疗后均有改善(P<0.05),但治疗组与对照组疗后比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊和左旋肉碱均为治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良性心肌损害的有效药物,参松养心胶囊在改善心律失常方面优于左旋肉碱。

AIM： To disscuss the effects of Shensongyangxin Capsule （SSYXC） on early cardiac injury caused by Duchenne muscular dystrophy （DMD）. METHODS： 100 patients with early cardiac injury caused by Duch- enne mugcular dystrophy （DMD） were divided in two groups, treated by SSYXC and levocarnitine oral solution with the randomized, parallel controlled way, the change of ECG CK-MB/CK of two groups was observed. RE- SULTS ： Ratio of CK-MB/CK ： in both groups were effective after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, And there was no signifi- cant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ; abnormal heart ratio：in both groups were effective after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, and SSYXC group was superior to levocarnitine oral solution groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ; amplitude of V1 R ： in both groups was effective after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was no difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 3. CONCLUSION： Both SSYXC and levocarnitine oral solution are effective in treatment of early period car- diac injury caused by Duchenne muscular dystrophy. SSYXC is superior to levocarnitine oral solution in the im- provement of abnormal heart ratio.
