复方前列通胶囊纯化工艺的研究

Purification of extraction in Qianlietong Capsule

目的:对复方前列通胶囊中主要组成药物牛膝、王不留行提取物的纯化工艺进行研究。方法:采用大孔树脂纯化提取物,并以牛膝皂苷元齐墩果酸的含量为指标,对大孔树脂纯化工艺参数进行优选;以主要药效、固含量、有效成分含量等指标评价纯化工艺。结果:选用D101型大孔吸附树脂纯化提取物,最佳工艺为:用5倍树脂量的水洗脱除糖类等杂质成分、5倍树脂量的90%乙醇液洗脱有效成分。提取物经纯化后吸湿性小,固体得率低,而经主要药效比较,提取物纯化前后无显著性差异。结论:采用此方法能有效地去除牛膝、王不留行提取物中的糖类成分等杂质,提取物易于制剂成型,纯化工艺可行。

AIM： To study the method for purifying the extraction of Radix Achyranthes Bidentatae and Semen Vaccariae in Qianlietong Capsules. METHODS： To use oleanolic acid content as index, the macroporous resin was chosen to purify the extraction, and the optimized parameters were selected. The optimal purification method was evaluated by the main efficacy, the solid content, and the effective components content. RESULTS： The D101 macroporous resin was selected. The saccharoid： impurities were eliminated by water elution （5 times the vol- ume of the macroporous resin） and the effective components were eluted by 90% alcohol （5 times the volume of the macroporous resin） . There was no distinctive difference between the samples before and after purification in the main efficacy. CONCLUSION： The method can eliminate the saccharoid impurities effectively and it is suitable for the purification of Qianlietong Capsules.
