Glycosides of thick privet from Guizhou province

目的:研究贵州余庆小叶苦丁茶的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂萃取、柱层析和薄层层析方法分离目标化合物,并用波谱学方法完成化合物的结构分析与鉴定。结果:分离获得并鉴定了两个单萜类化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ。结论:化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为首次从该植物中获得。

AIM： To study the chemical constituents of thick privet from thick privet, Ligustrum robust BL, from Yuqing county, Guizhou Province. METHODS： The compounds were separated by solvent extraction, col- umn chromatography and thin layer chromatography on silica gel and their structures were elucidated by spectro- scopic means. RESULTS： Two monoterpenoid glycosides （I and Ⅱ ） were isolated and identified.
