Exploration of the Practice Teaching System for Free Teacher Students' Cultivation

在直属师范大学试行师范生免费教育是教育部为培养优秀教师而采取的又一重大举措。针对免费师范生的独特性,其教育应侧重实践性。实践性教学体系的倡导成为必然。实践性教学体系应能兼顾师范生学科——教育——心理发展的需要;符合师范生认知发展的规律;有助于其专业精神的养成。实践教学体系的实施需要建立以教育学院为主导的培训基地以便有效利用培训资源。

It is an important strategy for Education Ministry to promote the free teacher students education, in order to cultivate excellent teachers. Considering the free teacher students＇ specialties, the education to them should focus on the forming of their practical abilities. However, the practical teaching should meet with their comprehensive needs on subject knowledge, educational knowledge and mental development. It should also accord with the rules of teacher students＇ understanding and can help with their development on profession spirit. The practical teaching＇s carrying on need to construct the training base led by the college of education so as to utilize the training resources effectively.
