摘要
为研究臭椿种子发芽对NaCl胁迫的响应,在种子萌发期间用0(CK)、50、100和200mmol/L4种不同浓度的NaCl对3个臭椿种源的种子进行处理,结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增大,各种源臭椿种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均呈下降趋势,发芽后幼苗的根长、苗高等也呈下降趋势;不同种源种子的萌发对NaCl胁迫的反应不同,河南宝丰种源的种子耐盐性最强,宁夏吴忠的种子耐盐性一般,宁夏彭阳的种子耐盐性较差。
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of NaC1 stress on the seed germination and seedling growth of Ailan- thus ahissima from three provenances by treating the seeds with different NaC1 concentrations (0, 50, 100, 200 mmol/L) during seed germination. Resuhs show that the germination percentage, germination energy, germination index, seed vigor index, root length and seedling height all decrease gradually with increasing NaC1 concentration. The responses of seed germination for the three provenances to NaC1 stress are significantly different. The seeds from Baofeng, Henan Province exhibit the greatest sah tolerance, and the sah tolerance of the seeds from Pengyang, Ningxia is the worst.
