摘要
对蓝靛果忍冬(Lonicera caerulea L.)茎次生木质部结构进行研究,结果表明:其茎的次生木质部结构为环孔材;射线属异形Ⅱ射线;导管分子的穿孔板为单穿孔板,根据穿孔板的位置和数量,确定导管分子具有3种形态,即一端只有1个单穿孔板,另一端为螺纹增厚;一端具有2个单穿孔板,另一端为螺纹增厚;两端各具1个单穿孔板,且侧壁具螺纹增厚。
An experiment was conducted to study the stem secondary xylem of Lonicea caendea L. wood. Result shows that the wood is characterized by a ring porous wood with heterogeneous rayⅡ and simple perforation plate. Vessel elements are classified into three types in accordance with different locations and numbers of perforation plate on vessel element wall, namely, a simple per- foration plate only on one end and helical thickening on the other end, two simple perforation plates only on one end and helical thickening on the other end, and a simple perforation plate on each end with helical thickening on the wall.
