摘要
研究了在磷酸介质中 Cu(Ⅱ)抑制 Mn(Ⅱ)对二安替比林基邻溴苯基甲烷(DAoBM)与铬(Ⅵ)的显色反应动力学条件,建立了一种利用灵敏的阻催反应选择性测定痕量 Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法,可测0.5~5.0μg/25ml范围的铜(Ⅱ)。方法检测限为2.0×10^(-8)g/ml。
A method was studied for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ)which can inhibit the colour reaction of chro- mium(Ⅵ)to diantipyryl-(2-bromo)phenylmethane(DAoBM)in phosphoric acid solution.The reaction condition was also studied.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity for determining trace copper.The range of determination is 0.5-5.0μg/25ml and the detection limit is 2.0×10^(-8)g/ml.
