摘要
Ce(Ⅳ)对二甲基黄有褪色作用,本文借此进行分光光度法测定铈的研究。实验表明,在0.90~1.26mol/LH_2SO_4介质中,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为520nm,铈量在0~3.2μg/ml 范围内与有色溶液吸光度的减少值呈线性关系。方法简单、快速、准确,选择性好,用于测定稀土氧化物中的铈时,结果满意。
In this paper,the decolouring reaction which results from the oxidation of dimethyl yellow by cerium(Ⅳ)in 0.90-1.26 mol/L H_2SO_4 has been studied.The decrease in colour is directly proportional to the amount of cerium.The maxium absorption is at 520nm,Beer's law is obeyed from 0 to 3.2μg/ml for oerium.The method has been used for the determination of cerium in rare earth oxides with satisfactory results.
