摘要
目前,管理人才胜任力研究多采用传统的行为事件访谈法(BEI),文章提出基于心理测量技术的管理人才胜任力识别方法,对BEI方法与心理测量技术识别管理人才胜任力进行了比较分析;另外将心理学、统计学应用到心理测量技术中,构建了管理人才胜任力识别模型,为管理人才胜任力识别提供理论指导。
At present,most of the research on the managers' competency is based on the method of Behavior Event Interview. In this paper the research that based on the psychology measurement can provide us more economic scientific information,conduct a comparative analysis between Behavior Event Interview and the psychology measurement .This paper also provides the managers' competency model conformation system based on psychological measurement and statistics, And it can provide guidance for the evaluation of managers' competency.
