摘要
采用超声波分散法制备了凹凸棒石纳米棒晶。研究结果表明:在六偏磷酸钠分散剂用量为2%、凹凸棒石矿浆浓度为12%、超声分散时间为25min、超声波功率为160W的条件下,凹凸棒石的分散效果最好,棒晶束聚集体被打开,成为纳米棒晶。采用乳液共混共凝法制备出了凹凸棒石/天然橡胶复合材料,该材料结构致密,经分散改性处理的凹凸棒石,基本上都呈纳米棒状较均匀地分布在天然橡胶基体中。
Nanomctcr rodlike crystal of attapulgite were prcparatcd by ultrasonic dispersion. The results show that, when the dosage of sodium hcxamctaphophatc as dispcrsant is 2%, the pulp consistency of attapulgite is 12%, the sonication time is 25rain, the ultrasonic power is 160W, the dispersion effection of attapulgitc is best.The attapulgite/natural rubber composites were prepared by mixing and co-coagulating. The structure of the composites is dense. After dispersion the attapulgitc, which was nano-rod basically, was distributed in natural rubber matrix uniformly.
