蒙脱石层电荷与胶体水化性能关系研究

摘要 利用自然沉降法提取了山东某两不同产地膨润土中的蒙脱石矿物,利用结构式推算法计算了两提纯蒙脱石的层电荷,并对其胶体水化性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,Mont-1的层电荷为0.38,为中-偏低层电荷的蒙脱石;Mont-2的层电荷为0.59,为高层电荷的蒙脱石。研究发现,蒙脱石的层电荷越低,其水化性能越好;反之,水化性能较差。该研究结论对膨润土深加工中膨润土原料的选择具有指导意义。 By means of natural sedimentation, two bentonite samples from Shandong province were purified, layer charges of the two purified montmorillonite samples were calculated by the way of crystal structure formula. The calculation results show that the layer charge per halt" crystal cell of Mont-1 is 0.38, which is a kind of middle-low layer charged montmorillonite, the layer charge per half crystal cell of Mont-2 is 0.59, which is a kind of high layer charged montmorillonite. This paper also finds that the montmorillonite with lower layer charge has better hydro-properties. The conclusion of the research has guiding significance for the choice of the raw bentonite in fine processing.
