摘要
方沸石原矿经提纯精选后,再经活化及改型,制成的离子筛对重金属离子的吸附量显著。其最佳活化条件:盐酸用量4%~10%,常温20~25℃,液固比3∶1,活化时间10~24h;改型条件:改型剂NC-1,浓度10%~25%,液固比2~3∶1,温度60~100℃,活化时间10~20h。
After deputation selection, activation and modification the ion sieves was preparated by the analcite raw ore. Its adsorptive capacity to the heavy metal ion is remarkable .The activation optimum condition is following, the dosage of hydrochloric acid is 4%-10%, the activation temperature is normal temperature 20-25℃, the L/S ratio is 3 : 1, the activation time is 10-24h. The modified condition is following: the modifier NC-l concentration is 10%-25%, the L/S ratio is 2-3 : 1, the modification temperature is 60-100℃ and the activation time is 10-20h.
