摘要
以山东钙基膨润土为原料,经提纯、改型、有机改性,制备出符合涂料用的有机膨润土。实验表明:当成膜物质为苯丙乳液、有机膨润土的加入量为1.5%时,涂料的主要监测项目符合国家标准。有机膨润土可明显提高涂料的黏度,可节约增稠剂40%。
Organic bentonite used in coating was prepared by purification, sodium-conversion and organic modification, The results show that main test items of the paint have met the National Standards when the film-forming component is polyphenylene emulsion, and additive content of organic bentonite is 1.5Wt%.The appilication contrast experiments in emulsion paint indicated that the organic bentonite could remarkably enhance the viscosity of emulsion paint and reduce 40% of thickening agent.
