摘要
采用了加硫酸焙烧-水浸取的方法从石墨伴生钒矿中提取钒。在正交试验的基础上,考察了影响钒浸出率的三个主要因素,即:硫酸加入量、焙烧温度和浸取时间。实验表明:当试验矿样为20g、硫酸加入量为3.5mL、焙烧温度为400℃时,焙烧3h,一次浸取2h,钒的浸出率可达92.3%。与其它方法相比,本法具有钒浸出率高、成本低等优点。
The extraction of vanadium by using sulfuric acid as roasting additive-water leaching from associated vanadium in graphite ore was studied in this paper.On the basis of the orthogonal test, three major effects on the leaching out radio of vanadium,that is, the dosage of sulfuric acid, roasting temperature and leaching time are investigated. Experiment results show that the leaching out radio of vanadium can be reached to 92.3% when the amount of ore sample is 20g, the dosage of sulfuric acid is 3,SmL, roasting temperature is 400℃ and leaching time is 2h. Compared to other methods, this one has an advantage of higher leaching out ratio of vanadium and lower cost.
