煤矸石陶粒滤料制备及在生物滤池中应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 利用煤矸石作为主要原料,制备了生物滤池陶粒滤料。将滤料用于曝气生物滤池反应器,结果表明:煤矸石陶粒滤料挂膜快、易于反冲洗,对水中有机物和NH3-N的去除效果良好:在启动后的第6天,COD的除去率就达90.36%;第9天,NH3-N的去除率达到81.63%。反冲洗24h后,COD的去除率恢复正常;96h后,NH3-N去除率恢复正常。当停留时间为2h、气水比为2.5、pH值为8~9时,NH3-N的除去率最高;当停留时间为2.5h、气水比为2.5时,COD的除去率最高。 Ceramsite filter was-prepared using gangue as main raw material and applied as an actor in biological aerated filter. The result shown that the time of hanging-membrane of the filter is shorter, back washing is easier and the effect of COD and ammonia nitrogen removal is well. After aerated for three days, the reactor begins performing and COD removal ratio reaches 90.36% at the 6th day. On the 9th day NH3-N removal ratio reaches 81.63%. After back washing for one day COD removal ratio returns to normal; fbr four days NH3-N removal ratio returns to normal. The removal ratio of COD is the best while retention time is 2h. air/water ratio is 2.5; the removal ratio of ammonia nitrogen is the best while retention time is 2.5h, air/water ratio is 2.5, pH is 8-9.
