摘要
1996年,韶钢2号高炉通过强化内部管理、充分挖掘设备潜力,利用1100℃的高风温,在不富氧的情况下(没有氧气供应),使煤比由2~6月份的平均73kg/t增加到7~12月份的平均112kg/t。喷煤量增加后,高炉焦比下降(由2~6月份的545kg/t降到7~12月份的479kg/t)、炉况顺行稳定。
In 1996,the coal injection rate at No.2 BF of Shaoguan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. was raised from 73 kg/t (during February to June) to 112 kg/t (during July to December) with blast temperature of 1100℃ and nonenrichment of oxygen by strengthening management and tapping the latent power of equipments.Coke rate was reduced from 545 kg/t (during February to June) to 479 kg/t (during July to December) and the blast furnace condition was good.
