摘要
加工刀具形状对螺旋锥齿轮的齿面形成有很大的影响。本文提出了基于实际切齿刀具形状的螺旋锥齿轮齿面确定的方法和步骤。论述了螺旋锥齿轮轮齿实际侧隙的确定方法和过程,给出了螺旋锥齿轮侧隙最优化调整的方法。
The cutters shape affects the hypoid gears face seriously. The solving methods of hypoid gears face points based on real cutters were presented, the determination of the real backlash of the gear sets was discussed. An optimize method for the adjustment of gear backlash was put forward.
