摘要
针对双吊点闸门液压启闭机存在的不同步问题,采用了电液比例闭环同步控制。应用功率键合图建立系统模型,分析影响系统同步性能的因素,并由系统功率键合图模型得到功率状态方程。利用MATLAB进行仿真分析,获得了很好的控制效果,为工程实践提供了设计参考。
The electro-hydraulic proportional close-loop control system was used to solve the non-synchronous problem Of the two lifting points hydraulic hoister. The system model was built by power bond graph, the influencing factors were analyzed and the power equations were gotten. The MATLAB software was used to simulate the system, good results were obtained by the simulation.
