摘要
针对现行故障诊断系统前端采集板较简单而不能满足日益复杂的设备及信号的诊断要求现状,设计了一种具有滤波工具箱的故障诊断采集系统。该采集系统采用当代流行的、控制和处理较好的、工业级ARM处理器芯片,不仅大大提高了数据采集的速度,而且可对A/D转换后的数字信号进行适宜的数字滤波。仿真实验证明本系统功能强大、扩展方便,非常适用于大型设备的故障诊断系统。
The active data acquisition board of present failure diagnosis system can not satisfy the demand of increasing complex equipment and signal. A new type of data collection system with toolbox of digital filter was designed. This collection system adopts the popular industrial level ARM processor chip, the speed of data collection is raised, and the signal after A/D can be filtered by suitable method. The test result indicates that the system has powerful function, which is convenient to extend and is suitable for the failure diagnosis system of complex equipment.
