溶胶-凝胶法合成LiAl_(0.1)Mn_(1.9)O_4及其电化学性能(英文)

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法合成LiAl0.1Mn1.9O4,XRD的结果表明掺杂少量的铝后并没有改变晶体的结构。利用恒流充放电测试手段比较研究了尖晶石型的LiAl0.1Mn1.9O4,铝的掺杂后的LiAl0.1Mn1.9O4比没有掺杂的LiMn2O4更好的可逆性能,更好的循环性能。 Spinel-type LiAlo. i Mn1.904 have been synthesized by sol-gel method. We found that Al-doped LiMn2O4 can overcome capacity fading, showed relatively good cycling performances. The structural and electrochemical properties of LiAlo. imn1.9O4 was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), charge/discharge. Electrochemical test of the Al-doped LiAlo. i Mn1.9O4 showed excellent rate capability, better reversibility than that of no Al-doped LiMn2O4.
