摘要
针对Matlab仿真不能解决实时性的问题,提出了一种将纯Matlab仿真向纯实时仿真的转换方法。结合一种基于频率特性的PID控制器参数自整定算法的研究,先用Matlab与LabVIEW混合编程仿真来验证LabVIEW程序的可行性;再通过OPC服务器作为中间桥梁实现智能仪表与LabVIEW之间的数据通信,从而使整个程序全部由LabVIEW和智能仪表的实时运算来实现。带延迟的一阶惯性环节为被控对象的闭环仿真与大连交通大学自主开发的嵌入式软件构件集成开发平台验证了该方法的有效性。
To the problem of real-time in Matlab, a real-time simulation method replaceing Matlab is presented. Comi)inaing with a PID controller parameter self-tuning algorithm research based on frequency characteristic, LabVIEW and Matlab simulation programs are mixed to test the feasibility of LabVIEW. Then the data communication between the smart meters and LabVIEW is made through OPC server as a bridge. The whole process is controlled real-timely by LabVIEW and the smart meters. The effectiveness of the method is shown by beth the simulation of loop control system with first order inertia tache as controlled object and the development platform of embedded software component self-developed by Dalian Jiaotong University.
