摘要 针对烧结法配料过程的工艺特点及技术要求,提出了实现综合生产指标优化的配料过程计算机控制系统,讨论了由过程控制、过程管理二层结构组成的计算机控制系统的结构、功能及优化控制策略,基于人工智能方法实现了过程控制。该系统成功应用于某氧化铝厂烧结法配料生产过程,磨机产能和生料浆一次配料合格率得到了大幅度提高,实现了配料过程的优化控制、优化运行、优化管理,取得了显著的应用成效。 According to the features of craft and the requirements of technology in the blending process of the sintered method, the computer control system for blending process is proposed to realize the optimal production indices, which is composed of process control system and the process management system. The structure, function and Optimal control strategy of the computer control system are discussed and the process control based on intelligent methods is fulfilled. The system to a blending process of some alumina factory. And the dramatic improvements of the production ability of the grinding and the qualification rate of blending at one time are obtained. The optimal control, operation, and management are realized and the significant benefits are gained.
