摘要
[目的]观察微波联合其他方法治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。寻找治疗尖锐湿疣更经济、有效的方法。[方法]将确诊的尖锐湿疣病人253例,按简单随机方法分为4组(A组、B组、C组、D组),A组微波治疗后肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸,每日1riLL(内含卡介菌多糖0.35nag、核酸30馏),连续18d;B组微波治疗联合聚肌胞局部麻醉时1mL一次性注射;C组微波治疗联合α-干扰素局部皮损处注射,每次1.0×10^6U,每周3次,共9次;D组单纯微波治疗。A组与D组于微波治疗后给予3%硼酸水冷湿敷,外涂莫匹罗星(百多邦)软膏,B组与C组于治疗后不做创面处理。[结果]联合治疗组治愈率和复发率明显优于单纯微波组(P〈0.05),各联合治疗组间疗效的差异无统计学意义。创面愈合时间A组、D组明显短于B组、C组。l结论]微波联合其他方法治疗尖锐湿疣有明显的疗效;以3%硼酸水冷湿敷,外涂莫匹罗星(百多邦)软膏可明显缩短创面愈合时间。
Objective: To observe the effect of micro- wave com- bined with other methods to treat condyloma acuminatum, and to find a more economic and effective way to treat condyloma acumi- natum patients. Methods: A total of 253 patients with confirmed diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum were divided into four groups (group A, B, C and D) based on simple randomized method. Pa- tients of group A were intramuscularly injected with BCG vaccine polycose nucleic acid lml/days (including 0.35mg BCG vaccine polycose and 30 μg nucleic acid) for 18 days after micro - wave treatment. Patients of group B were given local anesthesia with 1 ml poly I- C singly injection combined with micro- wave thera- py. Patients of group were given micro- wave therapy combined with local injection of a - interferon in damaged skin once a mil- lion unit and three times per week totally nine times. Patients of group D were given micro - wave therapy only. And patients of group A and D were given cold wet compress with 3 % boric acid after micro - wave therapy and mupirocin ointment external ap- plying. However, wound surfaces of group B and C were not treated after micro- wave therapy. Results: The curative effect of combined treatment group cases was much better than that of only micro-wave therapy group (P(0.05). There were no statistical significant differences among combined therapy groups. The wound surface healing times of group A and D cases were shorter than that of group B and C patients. Conclusion: Micro- wave therapy combined with other methods to treat condyloma acumi- natum patients has remarked curative effect. Cold wet compress with 3 % boric acid plus mupirocin ointment external applying can shorten the healing time of wound surface remarkably for condylo- ma acuminatum patients.
