The pursuit and love of profound knowledge is the specific professional belief of the university or college faculty, Nowadays, the contrast between knowledge quality and quantity reflects the problem of the professional belief loss of the university or college faculty. This paper analyzs the faculty＇s professional difficulties and causes, then gives some managerial solutions for the reconstruction of the faculty＇s professional belief.
