摘要
通过研究行星式球磨机的动力学问题,建立数模并采用计算机进行数字仿真,得出了磨球可脱离的临界转速,脱离点的计算式.结果表明行星磨冲击强度取决于其本身的结构尺寸及公转角速度,因球料充填率适当变化,因此产生磨球脱离角θ的变化对冲击强度的影响很小.
By studing the dynamics of the planetary ball mill,establishing the mathematics model and adopting the computer digital simulation technique,the calculation formula of the critical rotational speed and escaping point of the grinding ball have been obtained. It shows that blast strength of the planetary mill is mainly related with the structure size of the mill itself and the revolution speed.And the influence of the blast strength could not be account,caused by the changing of the escaping angle θ of the grinding ball while the filling rate is suitable.
