摘要
介绍了国内外烧结生产增产节能的经验和措施，如：采用新的布料方法；厚料层操作；利用含铁废料；改造点火工艺；减少漏风率；废热回收等等，并根据鞍钢烧结生产的实际情况，提出了一些节能措施。
The article introduces experiences and measures of increasing production andenergy saving on sintering production at home and abroad, such as adopting new method ofburden distribution, thick material bed operation, using iron-bearing scrap, improving igniting technology, decreasing air leakage rate, recovering waste heat etc. Some measures of energy saving according to the actual conditions of sintering production in AISC are put forward.
