本文分析了政务外网互联网出口所面临的挑战,对统一政务外网出口、申请和管理独立的自治域以及加强出口带宽管理几个方面的问题进行了研究,并结合深圳市政务外网的建设实践总结了相关经验。

This article is designed to deal with the challenges confronted with the internet gateway to government extranet, such as how to make sure for the validity and access speed of Internet, and how to cope with increasing threats against network security. Then resulted is the consideration of unifying the internet gateway to government extranet. The unifying would sure provide the user with ever-better security, proficiency and cost saving. It is also involved in building and management of autonomous system （AS）, that is, a single administrative authority is used to control a group of routers or networks using a common Interior Gateway Protocol （IGP） for routing packets. Moreover, bandwidth is involved. Proper management of bandwidth will help to control traffic on WAN （wide area network） and Internet links to prioritize bandwidth and improve quality of service （QoS）. Unifying the internet gateway to government extranet would be bound to help government departments work ever more efficiently, safely and continuously.
