摘要
采用电化学方法,自动记录强制鳞爆时间和测定氢在搪瓷用钢中的扩散行为,表明08TiXt钢热轧叠轧薄板的抗鳞爆性能远远超过搪瓷工业上常用的A3和10号钢,完全达到使用要求。通过测试也表明,热轧状态的钢材抗鳞爆性能高于热轧退火状态的钢材;随着热轧钢材热处理温度的升高,其抗鳞爆性能降低;提高钢材的Ti/(C+N+S)比值,可提高搪瓷用钢的抗鳞爆性能。
Antomatical record of forced scaling time and determination of diffusion bebaviour of hydrogen in steel for the enamel industry using the electrochemical analysis showsthat the scaling resistance of the hot and pack rolled 08 TiXt steel sheet is incomparably superior to that of A3 and No. 10 steel used frequently in the enamel industry,meeting the requirements of users. It is shown by the test determination that scaling resistance of as hotrolled steel is supedor to that of as annealed steel as well with raising of heat treatment temperature for as hot rolled steel the scaling resistance decreases,enhancement of Ti/(C+N+S) value can improve the scaling resistance of steel for the enamel industry.
