摘要
通过SEM和TEM的观察发现,喷射沉积制备的高铝锌合金沉积坯具有细小均匀的微观组织结构,未发现任何偏析。结合XRD分析可知,合金组成主要为类片状珠光体的α+η共析组织以及少量弥散分布的纳米级沉淀颗粒。沉积过程中形成较多无规则、不均匀分布的孔洞,致密度只有90%左右。
Uniform fine microstructure in the spraying deposition forming high Al-Zn alloy with absence of segregation is observed by SEM and TEM.XRD analysis reveals that the microstructure of alloy is composed of Zn-Al eutectoid structure and nano-scale dispersed precipitation.In addition,many non-regular and uneven distributed pores are created in the alloy during spraying deposition,resulting in the compactness of about 90%.
