摘要 采用联合熔炼法,解决了传统熔炼方法熔炼阻尼合金液污染严重的问题,获得了化学成分稳定,各项性能良好的阻尼合金。按照新的熔炼工艺思想,提出了炼钢炉中二次熔炼Mn-Cu阻尼合金的试验方案。 Serious pollution of smelting Mn-Cu damping alloy in conventional melting method is solved by a combination method,and the Mn-Cu damping alloy with stable chemical composition and excellent properties was fabricated.The sketch of secondary smelting damping alloy in furnace for steel was put forward based on new smelting principle.
