摘要
为控制SO2的排放量,必须对发电厂燃煤锅炉烟气所含SO2进行治理,采用喷钙脱硫技术可达到此目的.通过对线材电站35t/h燃煤锅炉实施喷钙脱硫时锅炉受热面沾污、结渣的可能变化趋势进行的研究,得出可行性结论,并提出:要在工业上推广应用喷钙脱硫技术,还需进行大量的研究工作.
In order to control discharged volume of SO2,it is necessary to depose fluegas containing SO2 from coal fired boiler at power plant. The technique of desulphurization byinjecting powdered calcium makek it possible to attain this purpose. The possible varyingtrend of dirting and scale depositing on boiler heating surface of 35t/h coal fired boiler duringdesulphurization by injecting powdered calcium is investigated(the boiler belongs to the power station of the Wire and Rod Rolling Mill Plant), obtaining practical results and showingthat it needs to do a great deal of research work for spreading the technique in industry.
