摘要
公共服务型政府是人类公共行政发展的必然选择,建立健全科学、合理的公务员考核机制是公共服务型政府建设的关键因素之一。针对公共服务型政府建设对提升公务员队伍的要求,需要从以下方面推动公务员考核机制的完善:完善考核体系,注重定量与定性考核相结合;完善考核等次,对考核结果合理划分等级;完善考核程序,实现考核公正、公平;合理使用考核结果,发挥考核激励功能。
The public service government is the necessity of human being public administration develops chooses.That Examination System building-up is one of the key factor that the public service government builds.From the following,aspects drives a government functionary to check machine-made improving and perfecting: Perfect the quantify checking system,attaching importance to and determine the nature examining being tied in wedlock each other;Perfect the grade checking a grade ,checking rational partition of result;Perfect justice,fairness checking procedure,coming true examining;Rational use checks result,brings the function checking an excitation into play.
