摘要
对滤芯直径为300mm的空气滤清器内空气从自由空间区域进入多孔介质区域的流动进行了数值模拟。通过分析提出了空气滤清器外部结构的改进方案,对提高滤清效率,降低外壳承受压力有显著成效,为空气滤清器的研制和开发提供了实用的参考。
In this paper is simulated numerically to flow of incompressible fluid entering into porous medium region from free space region in a 300mm diameter paper filter of the air filter. The high Reynolds k - ε model was adopted to close the equation. We proposed the optimization project to external structure in the air filter, which is effective to enhance the airflow flux and reduce the pressure that the crust has to bear . The result would be a reference for development of a new type air filter.
